Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
New Year, Holidays, Goal Setting, New Years Resoloutions what is it for you and what does it mean for you.
Some of my friends really get themselves worked up if this time of year it is not called what they think it should be called. This adds more stress to their lives and when January comes around they are starting the New Year already stressed instead of relaxed.
Like everything religious and opinion is an opinion and everyone should respect each other’s religion whatever that is.
Just because a store decides to call it Holiday and not Christmas does not mean that there should be an uproar, it is a retailer trying to sell his wares.
Do you celebrate the religious holiday or do you use this as a time to be off work and spend precious time with your family.
For many people this is the worst time of the year, suicide rate is up at this time of year or is it?
Whatever this time of year means for you remember to enjoy yourself and if you cannot there is always hope and help 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Do not be alone.
I have been going through some hard times the last 2 years and believe me there are people that can listen and help so you do not feel alone.
Set the foundation to your success and start your New Year the way you want it to continue.

EFT
EFT is a great tool, acupuncture without the needles, an ancient chinese art and been around 5000bc. You tap on Meridian points around your face and body while experiencing a negative emotion and this will then release the blockage and allow your energy to run more freely and thereby causing a more positive experience for you.
The image below gives an example of where to tap. How you tap is by using your fingers tips firmly on the points. You start at the karate point and repeat the affirmation 'Even though I feel (negative feeling) angry, sad, frustration, guilt etc. I deeply and profoundly accept myself' this you repeat 3 times out loud. Once you have completed that you then tap on the other points repeating the negative feeling, i.e. feeling sad. Once you have finished tapping all the points you then take a deep breath, tune into yourself and take a reading on how that feeling is now. Has it become less, same or increased. Most times it will have decreased or left completely.

Fantastic hub! I shared it with my blogs and friends, voted up too! Though... if I could give ya a hubtip, you might want to go through and fix the formatting in the first few paragraphs (they just need some hard line breaks). When the paragraphs aren't separated enough, it's hard on the eyes. Though I'm sure you know that and just missed it, we all do it =)
